Eligible new products may be returned whether the request concerns a defect or a change of mind. Unwanted items must remain unused and in their original condition. Damaged, defective, incorrect, incomplete or materially misdescribed items can also be reported, without limiting rights that cannot be excluded by law.
Request window and approval
Contact ikabutuhata982@gmail.com within 30 days of delivery. Include the order number, checkout email and reason. Photos or video may be requested for a product issue. Wait for approval and the confirmed return address before mailing anything back.
Return shipping and exchanges
Returns are sent by mail. A free prepaid return label is included in the package; if it is missing or lost, contact us for help. Approval is still required before using it. We charge no restocking fee. Eligible exchanges are accepted after review and depend on available inventory.
Refund timing
After approval, we process or initiate the refund to the original payment method within 10 days. A bank, card issuer or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.
