Processing and transit
After successful payment authorization, we normally prepare an order within 1–2 business days. Once the carrier receives it, transit is generally 4–6 business days. These stages are separate estimates and do not guarantee a particular arrival date; weekends and applicable holidays are not business days.
Address and tracking
Please check the delivery address before submitting the order. Tracking details are sent when available. Carrier events can take time to update, especially during severe weather, seasonal peaks or local disruptions.
Delivery issues
If a parcel is delayed, damaged, marked delivered but missing, or appears incomplete, email ikabutuhata982@gmail.com with the order number, tracking details and any useful photos. We will review the information and help with the appropriate next step.
